Who I am
Hi, My name is Eli and I am a college student who has struggled with binge eating disorder throughout my life. I cut out s added sugars and have regulated my eating habits tremendously. It did take several years to wean off sugar but after finding out about many alternatives I no longer crave it. I still eat things that may contain trace amounts of sugar but cutting out high GI items tems packed with added sugars has made me happier and overall feel bette about myself. In this blog I will share ways I avoid cravings, some great alternatives to your favorite foods and my favorite meals. I am a dairy free pescatarian and I’ll share which meals are the most filling allowing you to crush your cravings.
